Jinfonet and Composite Software Create New Java-Based Joint Solution

Expands Customers' Ability to View and Analyze Business Data in Real Time

"Today's fast-paced business must have access to the data that depicts an accurate picture of its current business conditions," said John Gularson, executive vice president for Jinfonet Software. "The ability to easily report on information from wherever it exists throughout the enterprise is revolutionary. Data is no longer confined to single applications – it spans applications and can be used across the organization to make strong business decisions."

Because JReport and Composite Integration Server are both 100 percent Java based, they can be embedded directly into any application or Java environment and become a native part of the offering.

"We regularly see the need to combine information integration with a sophisticated reporting offering," said Christian Nall, vice president of worldwide field operations at Composite Software. "Composite pulls together the key technology elements that contain relevant data, and JReport provides the reporting and presentation layer. The end user now has unprecedented access to enterprise information and a comprehensive way to visualize and analyze the information. This joint capability has the potential to fundamentally change application development."

The two products comprising JReport OnDemand Integration – JReport and the Composite Integration Server – have been tested and certified by companies to work together seamlessly to deliver optimized results. By embedding JReport OnDemand Integration, commercial application vendors can offer their customers comprehensive on-demand information for effective decision-making and business process execution.

Jinfonet OnDemand Integration will provide rich reporting results and access to a broad range of aggregated data. Information is presented in full-featured reports that display the data in numerous, customizable reports and charts. Product users can control, customize and navigate report views. Through ad-hoc and interactive reporting, they can investigate real-time actionable information.
