Infragistics Inc. announced the purchase of an AJAX-based JavaServer Faces (JSF) user interface component suite from Otrix SARL. The Otrix development team has joined with Infragistics to develop market and support NetAdvantage for JSF, a new user interface component product line for the JavaServer Faces platform.

Infragistics will introduce their JSF components under their NetAdvantage brand of component suites, with plans to continuously broaden and deepen their JSF product offering in future releases. Future releases will include new products and features, delivered through a subscription model twice annually. Infragistics is committed to providing client-side consistency across platforms in keeping with Infragistics' overall product branding and architecture.
The Infragistics NetAdvantage product family empowers the developer to build great application interfaces and user experiences across multiple platforms. Infragistics provides components for JSF, ASP.NET, Windows Forms and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), enabling Fortune 2000 companies to standardize on one component vendor, and providing leveraged learning through consistent UIs and object models.
Infragistics tools are built on a well-designed framework of UIElement technology and styling points, providing everything needed to create robust, high-performance application interfaces including grids, scheduling, charting, toolbars, navigation, menus, listbars, trees, tabs, explorer bars and editors.
NetAdvantage products can be purchased in individual platform-specific suites, or grouped in platform combinations. Any NetAdvantage product suite purchase includes full source code to the purchased components and frameworks, free world-class developer support around the clock, and free updates and upgrades for one year on a guaranteed release cycle. Priority support via phone, chat and email is also available.
Pricing for any single platform NetAdvantage product suite with subscription starts at $795.00 USD (MSRP). Dual platform product suites with subscription start at $995.00 USD (MSRP). Pricing for any single platform NetAdvantage product suite with priority support starts at $1290.00 USD (MSRP), with dual platform product suites with priority support starting at $1490.00 USD (MSRP).
