Through this integration, managed service providers (MSPs) and IT services organizations can better monitor and manage the health of their clients' networks around the clock while minimizing support costs and staffing expenses.
Using GFI MAX RemoteManagement, GFI's award-winning hosted remote management and monitoring tool, Cloud Services Depot's NOC team of highly skilled engineers monitors customers' infrastructure 24/7 to identify and remediate problems before users are affected.
