Prophix Software Inc., a leading developer of corporate performance management (CPM) software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Tindal as Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Tindal will lead the marketing operations team to drive a direct impact on the success of the company.

As the Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Tindal brings more than 30 years of management, marketing, sales and business development experience to Prophix.
Previously, Mr. Tindal served as Senior Director of Marketing (Global) for OpenText Corporation, an enterprise software company and leader in enterprise content management, that helps organizations manage and gain the true value of their business content. He has also held management positions with Opalis Software, SAS, SUN Microsystems, and Digital Equipment.
