Meredith is a well-known investor and long-time industry executive who has served in executive and Board roles in a variety of companies and industries. He has served on the Board of Directors of Motorola Mobility, as well as Chief Financial Officer of Motorola, Inc., Managing Director of Dell Ventures and Chief Financial Officer of Dell, Inc., and Vice President and Treasurer at Sun Microsystems, Inc.

Meredith is currently co-founder and general partner of Meritage Capital, L.P., an investment management firm specializing in multi-manager hedge funds, as well as CEO of MFI Capital, the Meredith Family’s private investment arm. In addition, he serves on several for-profit Boards including Bazaarvoice, Inc., and Brightstar Corporation, as well as several non-profit Boards. Meredith is frequently listed among the most influential Austinites, and was recently named the Austinite of the Year in 2012 by the Austin Chamber of Commerce.
