Jobscience Delivers First Native Mobile App Designed for Hiring Managers

Dedicated Mobile App for Hiring Managers Accelerates Hiring Decisions

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/18/13 -- Dreamforce '13 - Jobscience Inc., the leader in recruiting engagement software, today announced Jobscience Mobile Manager, the recruiting industry's first native mobile app that is designed specifically for hiring managers. The Jobscience Mobile Manager app accelerates hiring by taking advantage of managers' micro-moments as they review resumes, provide feedback and make hiring decisions anytime, anywhere.

"Recruiting is a team sport -- yet the current recruiting automation systems are designed for recruiter power users and don't meet the needs for hiring managers, which has stifled adoption," said Ted Elliott, CEO of Jobscience. "We have delivered an intuitive, mobile-only user experience for managers to interact with the recruiting system. This enhances the partnership between recruiters and managers, which is essential to faster hires."

Jobscience Mobile Manager is an extension of the Jobscience Recruiting app built entirely on the Salesforce Platform, and has been selected for the Mobile App Showcase at Dreamforce '13. The Mobile App Showcase is part of the AppExchange Partner Zone at Dreamforce located in Moscone West.

The Jobscience Mobile Manager app supports today's business smartphone platforms, iPhone and Android. The focused feature set streamlines creating requisitions, adding new candidates, reviewing resumes, submitting/reviewing social-based feedback, accepting/submitting interviews, and approving/rejecting offer packages.

Availability
Jobscience Mobile Manager is sold as an extension of Jobscience Recruiting Automation directly from Jobscience, and it is available for download in the iPhone App Store and Google Play for Android.
