Engage Mobility Announces Launch of New Mobile Marketing Platform

New U.S. and Chinese "Mobile Engagement System" to Hit Market March 1

ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 02/21/14 -- Engage Mobility, Inc. (OTCQB: ENGA), an emerging leader in mobile technology, marketing and data solutions, announced today that it has completed the newest version of its Mobile Engagement System for business and is set to launch both a U.S. and Chinese version of the platform on March 1, 2014.

The new platform will include a host of new features and upgrades from the original version, including two separate augmented reality experiences, as well as the Engage proprietary mobile video delivery system, an updated and comprehensive mobile engagement management console, and full cross platform data integration, which will allow business owners to migrate their existing customer and marketing data from other platforms such as email, online and social media platforms, to create a true "one stop" marketing shop all within the coveted mobile environment. Engage has integrated Qualcomm Vuforia® augmented reality technology into the system, along with a business search feature called Immersion that allows a user to view local businesses in list, map and augmented reality view within a given geographical area, creating an overlay experience similar to Google Glass® but through the smartphone.

The platform will be available both in the U.S. and China through the recently announced Engage Chinese Joint Venture. The new Engage Mobility App (named Jia Jia in China) will be available as a free download in the Apple and Google Play ® stores.

Jim Byrd, Engage CEO, stated: "This is truly another incredible day for Engage. After months of research, development and dreaming, our team has created what we believe will be the definitive mobile marketing solution for all businesses, here in the U.S. and in China. Our new system is truly magical in terms of the richness of its features and the compelling nature of its deliverables to the business owner. For the first time, a business will be able to use a single login and management console to manage all of its marketing initiatives such as email, social media and mobile marketing, in a very timely, powerful, and cost effective manner. The original Mobile Engagement System relied heavily on third party and outsourced developers. Version 2.0 of the new platform leverages a redevelopment of our core system into a stand alone, Java-based, proprietary environment that integrates mobile, online and physical locations for a truly immersive user experience. Its flexibility allows for massive expansion of features, scalability and easy transition into the international marketplace. The system was built almost entirely in house, by our incredibly dedicated and brilliant development team. We could not be more proud as we release this amazing technology to market, both here and throughout China in the coming days."

Registration is now open for businesses to be included within the Immersion platform at www.engagemobility.com/businesses. By registering, businesses will make themselves visible to all users who 'Engage' in a specific geographical area through an augmented reality overlay, map and business directory listing.

Machine learning has taken residence at our cities' cores and now we can finally have "smart cities." Cities are a collection of buildings made to provide the structure and safety necessary for people to function, create and survive. Buildings are a pool of ever-changing performance data from large automated systems such as heating and cooling to the people that live and work within them. Through machine learning, buildings can optimize performance, reduce costs, and improve occupant comfort by ...
The explosion of new web/cloud/IoT-based applications and the data they generate are transforming our world right before our eyes. In this rush to adopt these new technologies, organizations are often ignoring fundamental questions concerning who owns the data and failing to ask for permission to conduct invasive surveillance of their customers. Organizations that are not transparent about how their systems gather data telemetry without offering shared data ownership risk product rejection, regu...

Poor data quality and analytics drive down business value. In fact, Gartner estimated that the average financial impact of poor data quality on organizations is $9.7 million per year. But bad data is much more than a cost center. By eroding trust in information, analytics and the business decisions based on these, it is a serious impediment to digital transformation.

Enterprises have taken advantage of IoT to achieve important revenue and cost advantages. What is less apparent is how incumbent enterprises operating at scale have, following success with IoT, built analytic, operations management and software development capabilities - ranging from autonomous vehicles to manageable robotics installations. They have embraced these capabilities as if they were Silicon Valley startups.
As IoT continues to increase momentum, so does the associated risk. Secure Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) is ranked as one of the most important technology areas of IoT. Driving this trend is the realization that secure support for IoT devices provides companies the ability to deliver high-quality, reliable, secure offerings faster, create new revenue streams, and reduce support costs, all while building a competitive advantage in their markets.
