GuideSpark Announces Two New Executive Hires

GuideSpark, the leader in employee communications and engagement, today announced recent additions to the company’s executive team to meet the needs of their growing workforce and expanding customer demand for their platform. Theresa Strickland was appointed to Vice President of People and Culture and Dharam Rai was named Vice President of Content Services.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Theresa and Dharam aboard during this exciting period of growth for the company,” says Keith Kitani, GuideSpark CEO. “Their respective experience building high-performance cultures and scalable customer-centric organizations will help support GuideSpark’s infrastructure as we rapidly expand.”

Strickland will focus on maintaining GuideSpark’s collaborative culture as the company expands its growing employee base across multiple offices. In order to sustain employee engagement, she will leverage the company’s employee communications platform and collection of best practice materials. “Theresa will be an essential part of our efforts in maintaining GuideSpark as a great place to work,” says Kitani. Strickland joins GuideSpark with 18-plus years of recruitment and human resources experience. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Adap.tv Inc., a leading global, programmatic video advertising platform.

Leading the company’s content team, Rai will ensure GuideSpark’s new and existing clients receive the highest quality service to engage employees and meet their HR goals. “Dharam’s expertise is key to growing our business,” Kitani says. Rai has more than 23 years of experience in global support and education services, customer satisfaction, and partner management. Before joining GuideSpark, he was the Vice President of Global Support Services at ServiceSource, where he created a scalable, 24x7 organization from the ground up with centers in 5 countries. He has also held leadership roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems.

In addition to these new hires, GuideSpark is expanding its investment in data science in order to leverage, in aggregate, the volumes of data being collected to improve employee communications across the globe. The team’s work will provide insights into best practices, industry benchmarking and predictive analytics that clients can use to optimize employee engagement.
