ZTE unterstützt Telkom Indonesia beim Upgrade des Backbone-Netzes auf Java

Die ZTE Corporation („ZTE“) (H-Aktienschlüssel: 0763.HK / Börsencode A-Aktien: 000063.SZ), ein börsennotierter globaler Anbieter von Telekommunikationstechnik, Netzwerklösungen und mobilen Geräten, ist erfreut, Telkom Indonesia beim Upgrade des Java Backbone-Netzes zu unterstützen. Dabei wird die Kapazität für den Großteil des Netzes um ein 10-faches erweitert und ein ausgezeichnetes Anwendererlebnis für die Teilnehmer bereitgestellt.

ZTEs branchenführende Lösungen im Bereich konvergiertes Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing/optischer Transport (DWDM/OTN) werden eingesetzt, um Telkom Indonesia dabei zu unterstützen, sein Backbone-Netz auf Java von 10 Gigabit pro Sekunde (10G) auf die nächste Generation 100G aufzurüsten. Das neue 100G-System wird zusammen mit dem existierenden 10G-System auf einer Glasfaser bestehen. Dabei wird mit der Guard-Band-Lösung von ZTE ermöglicht, diese beiden Technologien gleichzeitig zu betreiben.

Das Java Backbone-Netz verläuft auf der Insel Java von West nach Ost und verbindet alle größeren Städte der Insel. Es ist das am höchsten ausgelastete Backbone-Netzwerk Indonesiens – mit der höchsten Gesamt-Austauschkapazität und der höchsten Datenwachstumsrate. Vor dem Hintergrund der schnell wachsenden Anzahl von Teilnehmern und dem raschen technologischen Wandel wird Telkom Indonesia durch das Upgrade auf 100G-Technologie seine Breitband-Unternehmensdienstleistungen weiterentwickeln können und gleichzeitig die Kundenzufriedenheit erhöhen. Telkom Indonesia ist der größte Anbieter von Telekommunikationsdiensten in Indonesien.

Im Rahmen der Netzmodernisierung stellt ZTE Telkom Indonesia ein ZXWM M920 DWDM-System zur Verfügung, das darauf ausgerichtet ist, Telkom Indonesia beim Aufbau eines zukunftssicheren Bearer-Netzes (DWDM/OTN) zu unterstützen. Das neue Netz wird außerdem mit der ZTE-Netzwerk-Managementsoftware NetNumenTM U31 NMS zusammenwirken, um so flexible, zuverlässige, kostengünstige und einfach zu verwaltende Netzwerke aufzubauen, die auf den Einsatz der neuen 100G-Services angepasst werden können.

Die Lösung von ZTE versetzt Telkom Indonesia in die Lage, seinen Investitionswert zu maximieren, und zwar durch Senkung der Gesamtbetriebskosten und die Bereitstellung von hoher Flexibilität, Skalierbarkeit und Erweiterungsfähigkeit. Hinzu kommen eine höhere Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit, einfachere Wartung und leistungsstärkerer Betrieb, Verwaltung und Management des Netzwerks (Operations, Administration and Management, OA&M), was eine Übertragung über extrem lange Strecken und ausgezeichnete 100G-Übertragung ermöglicht.

Seit mehr als 10 Jahren hat sich ZTE durch die Lieferung erstklassiger Infrastrukturlösungen an Telkom Indonesia einen Namen gemacht. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Telkom Indonesia und ZTE beinhaltete u.a. die folgenden Projekte:

1. Im Mai 2004 erhielt ZTE den Zuschlag als alleiniger Lieferant für die Errichtung des Java Backbone-Übertragungsnetzes, das alle wichtigen Städte auf der Insel Java abdeckt.

2. Im Juni 2005 gewann die ZTE Corporation den Auftrag für die Phase I des Erweiterungsprojekts des Java Backbone-Netzes.

3. Im Dezember 2006 erhielt ZTE den Auftrag für die Durchführung des Projekts JDCS Unterseekabel DWDM-TK. Nach dem Vertragsabschluss des Java Backbone-Netzes war dies das zweite Mal, dass ZTE ein WDM-Backbone für Telkom Indonesia errichtete, für das zusätzlich eine integrierte Komplettlösung mit Unterseekabel geliefert wurde. Als Erweiterung des Java Backbone-Netzes, umspannt das Netz alle großen Städte auf den Inseln Java und Bali, den am dichtesten besiedelten Inseln Indonesiens.

4. Im Juni 2007 gewann ZTE den Auftrag für die Phase II des Erweiterungsprojekts des Java Backbone-Netzes.

5. Im Oktober 2007 gewann ZTE das Upgrade- und Umbauprojekt für das Java Backbone-Netz.

6. Im November 2007 erhielt ZTE den Auftrag für das Projekt RMJ-SDH-Netz, das den Aufbau des SDH-Netzes auf der Insel Sumatra sowie die Bereitstellung der integrierten Komplettlösung für OSP umfasste.

7. Zwischen 2009 und 2013 führte ZTE verschiedene Projekte für Telkom Indonesia aus - darunter Kapazitätserweiterung des Netzes durch das Hinzufügen von neuem Lambda-10G in das Java Backbone-Netz sowie Rekonfigurationsprojekte hinsichtlich der bestehenden Verbindung zur Optimierung des Netzwerkkonfigurations-Designs.
