A globally recognized thought leader in open source, Milinkovich is the Executive Director of the 10-year-old Eclipse Foundation, the non-profit organization that hosts, supports and cultivates Java based, C++ based, and PHP-based open source projects, including the BIRT Project co-founded by Actuate in 2004. Loie Maxwell (@loiemaxwell), Chief Marketing Officer at Social Imprints, and advisor to several top consumer brands, brings to the panel the perspective of how consumer design and experiences are influencing user expectations for business apps, and how designers can create data-driven experiences that build brand love and loyalty.
