ISCS Named a Top Workplace in Silicon Valley for Third Year in a Row

Survey Sponsored by San Jose Mercury News and Other Bay Area Publications

SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/14 -- ISCS is pleased to announce the company has been selected as one of The Bay Area News Group's Top Workplaces for 2014. This is the third year in a row ISCS has received recognition as a top workplace, and this year ISCS ranked 9th out of the companies surveyed.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback gathered via surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm specializing in organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 37 major publishing partners and recognizes a list of 150 National Top Workplaces. Due to WorkplaceDynamics' deep experience into relationships between employees and employers, during the past year, more than 5,000 organizations, and 1 in every 88 employees in the U.S., have turned to WorkplaceDynamics for insight into employee thoughts, opinions and workplace trends.

"We are honored to have been named a top place to work in an environment as competitive for technical talent as Silicon Valley," said Claudia Fuentes, director of human resources for ISCS. "We are extremely proud of the fact that we have moved up in the rankings each year, especially considering our continuing growth in terms of size and number of employees. It is a testament to a great company culture, and a sincere dedication to fostering a great work environment."

ISCS employees indicated a strong belief in the direction, vision and executive leadership of the company, saw strong positives in ISCS's team approach, and derived significant satisfaction from being part of an effort to develop products that can transform the insurance industry. ISCS is growing in both number of employees and in successful implementations of its enterprise software at insurance companies. According to Fuentes, the company plans to continue to hire JAVA programmers, system architects, insurance business analysts, and project managers with expertise in agile project development.

The Bay Area News Group published the complete list of Top Workplaces on June 15th. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and WorkplaceDynamics, please visit www.topworkplaces.com, and www.workplacedynamics.com.
