Jazillian Expands Portfolio of Java(TM) Translation Solutions

New Solution Translates C++ to Java Code

SAN FRANCISCO, May 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Jazillian, Inc., a company specializing in translating legacy code to Java(TM) code, announced today its new translation solution designed to enable the migration of C++ to Java in SOA and J2EE web-based environments at the JavaOne(TM) Conference in San Francisco, CA.

Like Jazillian's C-to-Java Solution and the COBOL-to-Java Solution, this new solution replaces the manual rewrite process of code translation. Taking significantly less time and fewer resources, the solution enables clients to focus on the high-level design issues instead of time-consuming translation problems.

Using a pattern-matching, rules-based engine to generate "natural" Java source code, the C++-to-Java solution produces high-quality Java code that is readable, consistent and maintainable. The Java output code is customized based on client and application needs.
