John Chambers, Principal Consultant for ITM Software, will present at the conference, which is organized by the IT Financial Management Association, on "Innovation in IT Financial Management: Leveraging a System of Record To Gain Improved Visibility, Better Decisions and More Business Value." About John Chambers
Chambers has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of IT and business management disciplines, including: project methodologies, quality management techniques, and technology development. Currently, he is a principal consultant for ITM Software, where he specializes in the impact and benefits of IT on business operations and financial management.
Prior to ITM, Chambers was Corporate Vice President, Information Systems with PAREXEL International, a global enterprise supporting the medical and pharmaceutical industry. In his role, he was responsible for all global operations, system development, data centers, high-end system architectures, and IS quality management, as well as having a leadership role in corporate client relations, crisis management, recovery planning and IT validation.
Prior to PAREXEL, John led global programs and cross-cultural technology implementations with organizations such as GTE, Lockheed Martin, and HP. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Boston College and a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Rivier College.
