Former CA CEO Sanjay Kumar, 45, started his 12-year prison sentence Tuesday at a minimum-security federal pen in Fairton, New Jersey. Sentenced in November he's been out this long selling off personal possessions to pay a $52 million installment on the $798 million in stockholder restitution the court ordered him to pay. Of course nobody supposes it will ever get paid off. His lawyers are going to try appealing his prison sentence.
