Embedding OZ's technology into the SavaJe OS platform will provide SavaJe's mobile operators and OEM customers with the market-leading mobile messaging solution. SavaJe OS, an open standards-based mobile Java platform, allows creating fully customize services, while preserving full applications compatibility across implementations.
"Discerning mobile operators and handset manufacturers want to provide their customers with feature-rich applications," said George Grey, product management and new business VP at SavaJe. "Integrating OZ's technology will allow us to offer our customers a compelling and interoperable IM experience, thereby increasing the demand for data services."
