Operations Improvement Sessions to Benefit eClinical Adopters

MORRISVILLE, N.C., March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- etrials Worldwide, Inc., the first company to offer fully integrated, easy-to-use eClinical software for the clinical trial process, has partnered with Campbell Alliance, a leading consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, to offer clients all-inclusive consulting to guide them through important operational changes for successful adoption of eClinical technologies such as electronic data capture, electronic diaries and interactive voice response.

The two-day consulting sessions will be provided to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and clinical research organizations taking part in etrials' Technology Transfer program. etrials' Technology Transfer, or software licensing option, is designed for clients who want to build their own clinical trials using etrials' eClinical Suite of products. These tailored sessions will be facilitated by Campbell Alliance and will focus on helping clients adapt operating practices to successfully execute clinical trials using etrials' solutions.

Topics include: -- Establishing an eClinical benefit case and approach to measuring results -- Identifying and eliminating obstacles to eClinical adoption -- Building a plan to adapt operations and train staff in conjunction with the implementation of etrials' solutions -- Identifying process, role and documentation changes required to execute eClinical trials -- Identifying training needs

"Understanding and embracing process change is what makes our clients so successful. etrials recognizes and facilitates this change with our wealth of expertise in guiding the industry to improve the efficiency of clinical research," said John Cline, CEO of etrials. "By partnering with Campbell Alliance to offer consulting services we hope to even further aid in the operational aspects of eClinical adoption and make the technology transfer process even easier and more lucrative for our clients."
