AmberPoint nnounced that Yphise ranked AmberPoint SOA
Management System the best overall “Service Monitoring and Management (SMM)”
solution. Yphise conducted a hands-on review of runtime SOA governance
solutions from AmberPoint, Actional, SOA Software and TIBCO to determine which
provides the best visibility and control to ensure availability, performance
and security of running services. Yphise is the latest analyst firm to
highlight AmberPoint’s leadership. In recent reports on SOA governance, both
Forrester Research and Gartner ranked AmberPoint as a leader.
The AmberPoint solution includes advanced tools for
customizing the deployment of policies. AmberPoint also provides various
options for deploying the Policy Enforcement Points (PEPs) in the information
system. This facilitates the management of heterogeneous and highly distributed
