Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced that it signed an e-commerce agreement with SanDisk Corporation, a global leader in flash memory products. Based on the agreement, Digital River will build, host and manage e-commerce stores to support the online sale of SanDisk’s line of flash memory data storage products in the United States and Canada starting in spring 2008, expanding to other countries throughout the year.
