It's Official. Icahn's on the Yahoo Board

He is expected to exert pressure on Yahoo CEO Jerry Yang to step down

Microsoft hugger Carl Icahn is now officially on the Yahoo board. Under the deal that ended his proxy fight, two more directors from Icahn's original "oust-the-incumbents" proxy slate are supposed to be elected by mid-month.
